Student Small Group Inductions
Whether you are a new member or returning member looking for a refresh, we would like you to feel comfortable in your surrounding and with our equipment. The purpose of the small group induction is to ensure you are comfortable in how to use both the cardiovascular and resistance equipment, as well as an opportunity for you to gain knowledge on things that may be best for you to use.
Throughout the induction you will be given advice on health and fitness from one of our fitness coaches, who will also be on hand to tell you more about the other services we offer at Oriam. This session is open to all ages and ability.
These inductions will be 30minutes long and are focused on particular areas of health and fitness goals. This may be weight loss, weight gain, toning or flexibility. Regardless of your area of focus, our fitness coaches will support you through the basic principles needed to achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
